Re: script crashes DOORS (sometime reporting error) help needed! SystemAdmin - Thu Mar 07 11:40:24 EST 2013
I'm not able to find my logic error that is crashing DOORS, sometimes giving a reporting error when choosing 'none' or 'Lead' options. Any help would be appreciated.

Well posting a 1400 line script telling us there is some non-reproducable crash bug in there, without even describing the exact situation of the crash or posting some traceback is a little bit mean, don't you think? I can give you answers like "don't call destroy from a callback", but its unlikely that this will solve your problem. So please give a more detailed error description and try to reproduce the error on a script where you remove everything you can. Regards, Mathias

I agree with Mathias. However..
Remove the "create" and "delete" for these two skips:
-
targetAddresses
-
ccAddresses
I see you use these 2 Skip lists as a form of "alias".
-
targetAddresses = IVVEmailList // line 743
-
ccAddresses = EngEmailList
Since you do NOT intend to delete the original Skips, you must NOT delete these Skips after you are done using them.
-
delete targetAddresses // line 783
-
delete ccAddresses
When you do, the original Skips are deleted (IVVEmailList and EngEmailList) but not erased, causing Never-Never-Land errors later when used.
